Pages

Pages is a Word Processor and a Page Layout Editor that helps you create letters, reports, flyers, posters, and more. This word processing app includes many templates that make it easy to create documents from a great starting point, or if you prefer, you can start with a Blank document and let your creativity come into play.

You can use Pages to create any kind of document you want, from a simple word-processing document that’s mainly text, to a page layout document with graphics, interesting fonts, and many more options and being able to collaborate and share / export them to various formats including PDF, Word, ePub, Text and Pages ’09.

The first major version of Pages was released in 2005 for OS X, the next version Pages 4 was releases as part of iWork ’09 in 2009 and the most recent Mac version Pages 5 was releases in 2013.

Pages is also available for iOS in the iPhone and iPad and iWork for iCloud using a Web Browser like Safari.

Collaboration

The main purpose of the latest versions of Pages is to work seamlessly across all your devices, like being able to quickly create a document on the iPhone and make synchronised edits on your iPad or Mac.
